Dustin has been in the HVAC/R industry for over 25 years. The early part of his career he spent as a service engineer working for Emerson Network Power, Columbus Ohio. During this time, Dustin transitioned to a technical trainer and then to a training supervisor role with Liebert, leading a team of trainers providing technical training to contractors, customers and sales offices all over the United states, Central and South America, Canada and Europe. Dustin has a strong background in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, adult education and interactive design. Recent accomplishments include designing ODOE accredited high school and adult level HVAC/R curriculum for two of the largest school districts in the state. Dustin is a licensed adult educator in the State of Ohio and an adjunct professor for Columbus State Community College in the HVAC/R engineering department. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated 15 plus, years of classroom and online teaching experience and continues to develop himself while pursuing his B.A. in Psychology. Dustin currently resides in Delaware, Ohio with his fiancé and youngest daughter.
