Event Information

Title: Heat Pumps, Electrification, and the Grid

Description: Part of the AHR Expo Panel Series
This session will describe how heat pump technologies are being implemented at scale and across climate types to electrify building systems.  Presenters will discuss strategies to deploy heat pumps in existing building systems while mitigating electrical load impacts and supporting grid infrastructure.  They will also present on heat pump applications and integration strategies that allow heat pumps to provide integrated solutions for a range of HVAC system types, loads and applications in different climate types.  The presenters will also discuss upcoming HP technologies and systems that will move into the market in the near future. The session will include presentations and a panel discussion.
